Connect Tigo optimizers to SolisCloud
This article will guide you to connect the Tigo optimizers to the SolisCloud platform.
This feature has been implemented to provide a seamless experience by consolidating all relevant information in one place. The displayed data is retrieved directly from Tigo via API.
Please note that Solis does not offer support for Tigo optimizers. For assistance, contact Tigo directly.
Prerequisites:
- The plant was created already in SolisCloud and Tigo platform
- You need to have a Tigo Premium account, because only premium users have API access.
Step 1:
Configure string details in the Plant > Layout
Step 2:
Create the Logical Layout
Step 3:
Click on Optimizer Access
Step 4:
Step 5:
Select the optimizer brand that you want to integrate
Step 6:
Enter the username and password from the Tigo account
Step 7:
Select the plant created in Tigo Platform so it can import the correct optimizers and click on Done.
Step 8:
Import successful, click on go to configuration
Step 9:
Go to Layout > Physical Layout and create it manually or automatically
Step 10:
Place on the map the inverter and the PV panels, then click on an optimizer from the left side then select the coresponding pv module.
Configuration complete!
You can now visualize the Tigo optimizers in SolisCloud.
