Resolution
To correct the meter ratio, follow the updated instructions provided on Soliscloud. These instructions ensure the meter is set up correctly.
Steps:
1. Watch the video: See attachement
2.Log in to Soliscloud and navigate to the affected inverter.
3. Check for the Important Notice pop-up:
4. “To ensure the meter is set up correctly, please be sure to check the installation instructions.”
5. Click on Installation instructions > and follow the detailed steps to adjust the meter ratio.
